NIMH welcomes Henriette Kress to conference
Henriette Kress learned about her first herbs when she about five, at her grandma's knees.
Henriette had herbs as a hobby for a decade or three, and tried to find a herbal education when the time came to chose a profession. Alas " she went the M.Sc. (Econ) route instead, became a finance manager, got bored, and went to study herbal medicine with Michael Moore at the SWSBM in Arizona in 1998.
In 1995 she set up Henriette's herbal homepage, which is one of the oldest and the largest herbal information sites in the world & and completely non-commercial.
Since 1998 she has worked full time with herbs, seeing clients, writing books in Finnish, writing articles in Finnish and Swedish, doing lectures from half hour long to several weeks long, and has thousands of plant photos, most of which are online on her site.
