Fenland Natural Health
Thursday 24th January at Sutterton Village Hall (PE20 2JP) . 19:30-21:00
Have you eaten and drunk too much over the festive period? Feeling lethargic and tired with a grumbling digestive system? Not to worry we have some medicinal plants that can help you out. We often feel this way after having overindulged on rich foods and increased alcohol intake at any time of the year, but probably its most noticeable after Christmas with the combined deflation of it all being over. This month the FNH Team are looking at medicinal plants that can help with wind and bloating, constipation and fatty liver, to help us back into our natural routines as well as our work ones. Our herb of the month is going to be fennel, an aniseed tasting plant that can treat a wide range of digestive complaints.
Entry is £3 per person which includes a complimentary drink and a hand out to take home on the herb of the month.
